Now, we’re looking for a driven Enterprise Account Executive to help bring our transformative technology to more organizations across the US.
What You’ll Do
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in our US expansion by owning strategic accounts and driving revenue growth in your territory. Joining our tight-knit sales team of 4, you’ll have the autonomy to shape your success based on your domain expertise and experience. Here’s what your role will entail:
Set and Execute Territory Strategy: Define a sales plan, forecast revenue targets, and deliver on them.
Own the Sales Cycle: Close 8+ deals annually with ARR between $350K–$700K, managing the full process from lead generation to contract signing.
Deliver a Consultative Approach: Understand client challenges, develop tailored solutions, and drive long-term partnerships.
Upsell and Expand Accounts: Leverage champions within existing accounts to upsell and grow account value over time.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Marketing and Growth teams to develop messaging and generate high-quality leads.
Job requirements
We need an accomplished, self-driven professional with a proven track record of success in fast-growth, technology-driven environments. Here’s what sets you apart:
Startup Sales Success: Proven track record of hitting quotas for 2+ years in a startup environment.
Enterprise AI or Analytics Sales Experience: Demonstrated success selling enterprise AI or analytics solutions.
Experience with $200K+ Deal Sizes: Strong experience in closing large enterprise deals with a consultative sales approach.
Upselling Expertise: Ability to expand existing accounts by leveraging champions and building deeper relationships.
A proven ability to close deals and deliver long-term, profitable client relationships.
Proficiency in structured sales methodologies and CRM systems, leveraging them to maximize efficiency and transparency.
A highly numerate and analytical approach, with the ability to construct complex business cases and proposals.
Familiarity with commercial contracts and the ability to review and draft simple changes.
A structured and organized work style, paired with strong influencing and decision-making skills.
Bonus points for AI or cutting-edge software expertise (or a keen interest in learning about it!).
