Roles and Responsibilities

We are looking for a Account Manager - Financial Services to create long-term relationships with our customers to ensure the Success of Accounts as well as lead the upsell & cross-sell efforts:


  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
  • Negotiate renewals & contracts
  • Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
  • Collaborate with the Applied Data Science team to coordinate the customer deliverables & incorporate customer feedback into the product
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas

Logistics

Our interview process consists of screening interviews and a "Day 0" which is spent with the team. Normally the Day 0 takes place on-site but for the time being, they will take place online. We will do our best to transparently communicate the process with successful candidates.

Job requirements

  • Proven work experience managing large accounts (6/7 digit deals in ARR)
  • Experience in selling or delivering sophisticated technical solutions
  • Experience in or selling to financial services
  • An excellent written and verbal communicator with a high level of business acumen
  • Ability to effectively work independently in a fast-moving environment
  • Proven track record of stakeholder management
