Summary

As a Product Manager you will be working on the frontline to help define the next generation of product capabilities for decisionOS. You will be working closely with all areas of the business collaborating with leadership, sales, marketing and engineering to name a few.

You will have an outsized impact with the opportunity to influence the direction of the first Causal AI product focused upon decision making.

A day in the life

  • Lead strategic projects: You will get involved with a range of projects and see them through from inception to ultimate value delivery. The scope of these projects will grow with your skillset, but some examples might include:
    • Triaging customer feature requests: Working closely with engineering to develop a specification of what needs the customer has, and how our technology can meet those requirements.

    • Creation of demonstrations: Specifying and developing demonstrations which showcase our technology and help to convert prospects to paying customers.

    • Market intelligence: Perform deep dives into the broader market landscape to provide unique insights into where we should go next.

  • Build empathy with Data Scientists: You will be expected to gain a deep understanding of what makes Data Scientists tick in order to act as a voice of the user when working with engineering, sales, and leadership teams. This will require working with our internal teams, as well as external customers.

  • Drive operational excellence: Customer value cannot be delivered in theory, and therefore you will collaborate across the business to ensure the smooth delivery of cross-functional projects, actively communicate changes to relevant stakeholders, and keep the team pulling in the same direction.

Job requirements

  • You are a product person already working closely with data scientists to understand their needs and pain points OR you are a personable data scientist looking to make the transition into a product role.

  • You are highly organized, and can prioritize ruthlessly.

  • You’re a clear, active communicator and an eager listener.

  • You are passionate about AI and machine learning, and want to learn more about Causal AI.

  • You excel at building relationships with empathy and humility.
